Medical Marketing Firm takes HIPAA compliance seriously. As a marketing partner to medical practices, we operate as a Business Associate and maintain appropriate safeguards for protected health information (PHI).

Our HIPAA Commitments

We commit to the following standards in all our marketing work:

• We never include patient PHI in advertisements, landing pages, or marketing materials
• We use HIPAA-compliant call tracking tools that don't store PHI
• We configure Google Analytics and ad platforms to exclude PHI from data collection
• All review request processes are designed to avoid acknowledging specific patient treatment details
• We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all medical practice clients
• Staff are trained on HIPAA requirements relevant to marketing activities

Business Associate Agreements
